Community and Economic Development (CED)
CTA provides technical assistance to address the communities’ physical and economic conditions.  The intent is to assist residents to create healthy communities.

The CED process involves:

• Conducting an inventory that encompass historical, land use, zoning, open space, recreation, transportation, and the built environment as well as assess the viability of
  the goods, services and employment opportunities.
• Creating a “community vision” as part of visioning sessions for the active engagement
  of intended users.
