Housing and Neighborhood Stabilization (HNS)
CTA provides technical assistance to address the built environment as part of our continued goal to aid in the successful planning and designing diverse communities.  The intent is to address the importance of establishing a healthy community.
 
The HNS process involves:

• Establishing a series of goals and objectives resulting in achievable recommendations.
• Creating awareness of policy and their respective impact(s).
